Journey of Wine
Being one of the largest wine merchants in Asia, most of the wines are directly imported from origins. With extensive trade network, we also source wines from reliable negoticiants. Upon arrival, quality check will be done by sample tasting.
All wines are shipped in well-equipped reefer containers / vehicles with temperature control. The storage, in warehouse and retail shops, is supported by optimal temperature control - 24/7 throughout the year.







 

Pick-up / delivery of goods need to be arranged within 30 days upon payment. Storage service at shops is not applicable to sold goods. Any lost / damage of sold goods will not be claimed. Customers are recommended to store wines in 24-hour facility with constant temperature, humidity and light control. 
 
Delivery Service
Free delivery will be offered for spending of HK$2,500 or more at retail shops.

Standard Delivery Service Charge
(3 cases of 750ml wines with delivery time 10am-6pm, except public holiday)
 
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon HK$150 per location
New Territories  HK$200 per location
Each extra wine cases HK$50 per location
 
Extra charges HK$200 is required for specified timeslots currently not provided by appointed logistic suppliers.
 
Extra charge is required if lift service is not available at delivery address. HK$10 per floor will be charged on each case.
 
The right to charge an additional redelivery fee is reserved if the recipient is not available to accept appointed delivery date/time.
 
Delivery service will be rearranged under bad weather conditions / unexpected situations.
 
Delivery to following remote locations is restricted to specific timeslots: the Peak, Southern district, Hong Kong Airport, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sai Kung and Outlying Islands. Extra charges HK$220 is required for specified timeslots currently not provided by appointed logistic suppliers.
 
Any of below situations does not allow any exchange / return of goods:
  • Wine priced HK$800 or more (per bottle)
  • Wine aged 10 years or more
  • Wine cellars* / glassware / wine accessories
    *Please refer to Exchange & Warranty provided by supplier
Satisfactory acceptance of goods will be deemed  upon delivery received. It is customers’ responsibility to check the condition of any goods received. Customers can reject delivery and call shops requesting redelivery if any missing/damaged goods.
 
Within 7 days starting from delivery, customers shall contact to claim the damaged / faulty goods, by presenting an original sales receipt. Goods sold are not refundable. The damaged / faulty goods will be replaced with well-conditioned one. If identical goods are not available for exchange, customers can choose another item by paying the price difference (if any).
 

Service provider
We have appointed below logistics suppliers for delivery service ,
